Delta Pi Properties, on-behalf of our generous alumni, would like to begin issuing scholarships to our undergraduate or graduate members who go above and beyond to make our chapter the best it can be. We are looking to begin issuing our first scholarship within the next two years. The Chapter Excellence Fund we built over the past 20 years from our undergraduate members donating towards the Men of 1824 has allowed us to soon begin comfortably issuing scholarships. We are striving to build this Fund even more by our 25th anniversary in May of 2022 when we plan to announce the first scholarship on-behalf of our brothers that have passed on to chapter eternal. To assist in building this Chapter Excellence Fund please see below.
Congratulations to our first ever Delta Pi Properties Scholarship Winners - Palmer Braunstein, Jamal Floyd, and Cade Weaver!

Delta Pi Chapter Excellence Fund
The Delta Pi Chapter Excellence Fund is a restricted fund established within the Chi Phi Educational Trust. It may only be spent to provide scholarships and educational support to members of the Delta Pi Chapter. Chapter Excellence Funds vary from chapter to chapter and from one year to the next, but each serves to enhance the educational opportunities available to Chi Phi members. Many chapters provide academic scholarships specifically for their chapters while others may choose to use the funds for other important purposes, such as upkeep of a computer lab or library. Every active Chi Phi chapter has a Chapter Excellence Fund. The Delta Pi Chapter excellence funds exists solely to provide academic scholarships to active members of the Chapter. The fund reached maturity in 2015 and the inaugural award will be made during the 2022-2023 academic year. Any donations to a Chapter Excellence Fund is tax deductible.
To donate to the Delta Pi Chapter Excellence Fund TODAY. To discuss strategies for increasing our chapter's CEF, please contact Chi Phi's Director of Development, Laura Landry at landry@chiphi.org.
I believe in the future of the Chi Phi Fraternity because I believe in myself. When I put forth my best effort and combine that with the strength of my Brothers, we can achieve the victory of continual existence.
As long as the Almighty permits, I will strive to better myself through the teachings of my Fraternity.
Being a more aware citizen, a more able person, and a stronger Chi Phi shall be my reward.
