Fall 2021
In the Fall of 2021, it was finally time to put new wood on the deck after the actives reported water falling into the basement during a storm. The actives laid new wood with Bryce and his father and followed it by painting the wood. After, with extra paint, they repainted the front porch entranceway.
Spring 2021
In the Spring of 2021, the house received more fresh paint in the kitchen - switching from a dark red to a light grey to make the kitchen a lot brighter. To the right you can see where we began replacing old dimer light fixtures with bright LED lights. We also patched many large areas in the basement ceiling with sheetrock.
Fall 2020
In the Fall of 2020, the house received a fresh coat of paint on the stairs, banister, bathrooms, and trims throughout the house. To the right you can see the stairs before and after, as well as the bathrooms before and after. Below you can see the middle room tan walls were updated to light grey.
Summer 2019
In the summer of 2019, we were able to put a new roof on the fraternity house due to generous donations and with insurance due to leaks cause by Hurricane Michael in 2018. Additionally, the front porch steps and wood were repainted
Summer 2018
The summer of 2018 had several alumni come back into town to help renovate the downstairs. New flooring was put down, new sinks, and new toilets were installed.
